Personalization Policy

Thank you for choosing to personalize your product with us. Please carefully review our personalization guidelines below to ensure a smooth and accurate process:

1. Character Limit: Customizations are limited to a maximum of 14 characters. This includes letters, numbers, and spaces.

2. Character Repetition: No character can be repeated more than twice within the personalization.

3. Location of Personalization: We reserve the right to determine the placement of your personalization on the product. The final design may differ slightly from what is shown.

4. Font & Style: All personalization will be done in the Lato font, weight Medium, with both uppercase and lowercase letters. We cannot accommodate requests for other fonts, weights, or styles.

5. Eligibility for Personalization: Only paid orders are eligible for personalization. If the order has not been fully paid for, the personalization will not be applied.

6. Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable: Personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your personalization details before placing your order.

7. Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly review the personalization details before submitting the order. Once the order is placed, the personalization cannot be edited or undone. Please double-check spelling, punctuation, and other details to ensure accuracy.
